White eggplants are very rare to find in grocery stores or in farmer’s markets. So when I found it in the nursery, I was very excited to plant in my veg garden collection. The skin is very thin and tender. Has very mild flavor. They grow whole summer long and produce abundant of fruits. They are determinant variety of eggplants.
In summer I water them every alternate days. in fall and spring twice a week. and in winter, once a week. I fertilize them once a month with organic fertilizer.

It’s month of August and tomatoes are ready for harvesting. The seeds which I sown in end of March are now grown into fully developed tomato plants. These are Brandywine tomatoes. They are indeterminate vining heirloom varieties. Each tomato weighs at least 1/2 lb. One of the best out there.
